【お知らせ】ワールドマスターズゲームズ2027関西 美波町で開催されます

世界のスポーツ愛好者が集う国際大会「ワールドマスターズゲームズ2027関西」が、2027年5月に開催されます。
美波町では、トライアスロン、トライアスロン（スプリント）、パラトライアスロン、アクアスロン の4種目が行われます。

2027年5月21日（金）～23日（日）

〈競技スケジュール〉

• 5月22日（土）：パラトライアスロン、トライアスロン（スプリント）、アクアスロン

• 5月23日（日）：トライアスロン

美しい海と豊かな自然に囲まれた美波町で、国内外の選手たちが熱戦を繰り広げます。

【Announcement】World Masters Games 2027 Kansai to be held in Minami Town

The World Masters Games 2027 Kansai, an international sports event that brings together sports enthusiasts from around the world, will be held in May 2027.
In Minami Town, four events will take place: Triathlon, Triathlon (Sprint), Para Triathlon, and Aquathlon.

Event Dates:
May 21 (Fri) – May 23 (Sun), 2027

Competition Schedule:

• May 22 (Sat): Para Triathlon, Triathlon (Sprint), Aquathlon

• May 23 (Sun): Triathlon

Surrounded by beautiful seas and rich nature, Minami Town will welcome athletes from Japan and abroad for exciting competitions.

ワールドマスターズゲームズ2027関西とは（World Masters Games 2027 Kansai）

国際マスターズゲームズ協会（IMGA）が4年ごとに主宰する、概ね30歳以上のスポーツ愛好者であれば誰もが参加できる世界最大級の生涯スポーツの国際総合競技大会です。
アジアで初めて開催される第10回大会「ワールドマスターズゲームズ2027関西」では、関西広域連合を構成する2府6県4政令市に福井県を加えた「13府県政令市」において、「公式競技35競技59種目」、「オープン競技33競技」を開催する予定にしております。
大会開催期間は、令和9年（2027年）5月14日（金）から30日（日）までの17日間です。美波町では、トライアスロン競技とアクアスロン競技の2種目が行われます。

The International Masters Games Association (IMGA) presides over every four years and is the world's largest international sports competition for sports enthusiasts over the age of 30 who can participate.
At the 10th World Masters Games 2027 Kansai held for the first time in Asia, and in 13 prefectures and government-designated cities that add Fukui prefecture to 8 prefectures and 4 government-designated cities that constitute the Union of Kansai Governments. We will hold 59 competitions and 33 open competitions.
The games will be held for 17 days from Friday, May 14 to Sunday, May 30, 2027 and in Minami-cho, the triathlon and the aquathlon will be held.

【Introduction of Lodging Facilities in Yuki Area】
In the Yuki area of Minami-cho, there are several lodging facilities for interacting with cities and fishing villages. Because it is not a hotel or a guest house, you will have to prepare your own meals, take in and out futons, and clean by yourselves.
